Where do you provide services?
On-site visits by specialists are available in Kyiv. Fully remote support is available throughout Ukraine, as well as for Ukrainian companies with offices or employees located abroad.
How do employees submit support requests?
Support requests are accepted via Telegram, Viber, and email. Every request is registered in the Help Desk and monitored until completion.
How quickly do you start working on a support request?
The first response is provided within 15 minutes, and work begins within 20 minutes. Most standard user requests are resolved within 30–45 minutes, but the actual resolution time depends on the complexity of the issue.
Are on-site visits included in the price?
Comprehensive support includes one scheduled on-site visit per month, as well as urgent visits during business hours under the terms of the agreement. Evening, nighttime, and weekend visits are billed separately.
Is there a minimum number of workstations?
Yes. The minimum number of computers for ongoing support is five.
Do you conduct an audit before starting work?
Yes. The initial audit is free of charge, takes 2–4 business days, and concludes with a written report and recommendations.
